Order by phone, fax or postal mail

Please be aware that ordering online is much quicker than ordering by phone, fax or postal mail. To avoid unnecessary delays in processing your order we recommend that you use the online form to place your order.

If you do not want to transmit your encrypted credit card number over our secure server connection, you can place your order with the ShareIt customer service team by phone, fax or postal mail, by credit card, wire transfer, check and cash.

How to place your order by fax or postal mail

To place your order by fax or postal mail, simply follow the steps below:

1. Select the product you want to purchase from the GlobFX web store
2. From the product store page, select the required options (if any) and follow the written instructions to place your order.
3. At the very bottom of the product online form, select I prefer to order by fax.
4. Fill in the Fax form and print it out from your browser.

Once your form is correctly filled in and printed, fax it to:
